Halco
has been successfully selling products in the Pacific Northwest since 1954.
A staff of six outside and three inside sales people provide sales
coverage, customer services and administrative support to both our customers
and principals.
Paraphrasing the
philosopher Rene Descartes, our motto at Halco is "We sell therefore we
are". Our primary function
is to sell your products. We do
this by striving to provide the highest level of service and value to our
customers and for our principals. Our
sales team is both technical and business competent and applies the necessary
sales tools to accomplish and meet those goals.
Halco is committed to increasing your sales and is continually
reviewing its capacity to do so. Our
belief of reinvesting in ourselves to meet these goals is a cornerstone of our
company. We will gladly discuss
our road map and long-range plans with you. |

Halco
provides sales coverage in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
Headquarters for Halco is located in Redmond, Washington. This office provides
coverage for Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana, British Columbia, Alberta, and
Saskatchewan.
From our Portland, Oregon office, Halco provides coverage for Southwest
Washington, Oregon, and Southern Idaho.

Halco Focus

Halco serves a wide variety of market segments. Our primary account targets are
OEM Manufacturers in the areas of Wireless-Telecom, Medical, Instrumentation,
Computers and Peripherals and Mil-Aero, and general Industrial OEM accounts. Our
focus is on engineered products and components, with emphasis on power,
magnetics, interconnects, board level components and packaging.

Systems & Methods

Halco
is equipped to meet the needs of our principals and customers. Both our outside
sales and inside sales staff enjoy the ability to work with the latest
generation of software and computer and communication equipment. Our
infrastructure and time-tested systems insure efficient and effective
communication and a systematic approach to sales.
- Electronic communication is paramount for the
modern sales firm and Halco employs a web page, voice mail, e-mail, EDI
capabilities, etc. to insure a high level of communication between
principals, customers and representatives.
- Our offices are networked and software linked so
information is instantly available to our sales team.
- The Halco inside staff is experienced in sales
and customer service. This
insures our customers and principals are always well supported.
- Distribution - Halco is dedicated to support
distribution. Our goal is to develop and nurture strong relationships with
our principals’ distributors.
- All of our sales team are degreed professionals
and business people with extensive sales and management experience.
- Halco currently has two CPMR's (Certified
Professionals Manufacturers Representatives) on its team.
- Promotion - Halco supports and is active in local
and regional trade shows, tabletop shows and industry events. In addition,
we have an extensive mailing list for targeted mailings to promote our
principals and their products.
Industry participation is also a characteristic of our firm. Halco is
the third oldest ERA (Electronic Representatives Association) member in the
Pacific Northwest. We have also served as officers and board members in our
local ERA chapter. Halco members have also served on Northcon boards.

Halco Sales Team

We
believe that stability and consistency are the way to long-term success of any
firm. Therefore, each salesperson is an owner or has options to purchase stock
in our firm. The entire team participates in profit sharing. Sharing our success
promotes long-term stability.

| George Alecci |
George
brings almost 30 years of technical sales, sales management, and Rep. Agency
ownership experience to Halco. Prior to joining Halco, George was a principal
and partner in Halbar Associates since 1981. In 1989, he founded Halbar-RTS.
George
has twenty-six years of successful sales experience in the Pacific Northwest
territory.
Prior
to 1981, he held increasing positions of responsibility at BMC Corporation in
St. Paul Minnesota.
George
has served the Pacific Northwest electronics industry by serving as a director
and officer of the Cascade Chapter of the ERA and as a member of the Board of
Directors of Northcon. George is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-RF
with a B.S. degree in Economics. He also holds an MBA from the University of
St. Thomas and has done advanced study at Mankato State. George has completed
the 3 year Professional Manufacturers Representative Course (CPMR) sponsored
by the Institute of Professional Advancement at Arizona State University.
He
has also represented the United States as a member of ASTM Committee E29 and
has been a member of IMAPS/ISHM.

| Bill Waters |
Bill is
responsible for sales to our customers in Washington State.
He has been involved in electronic component sales in the area for over
30 years. Prior to joining Halco he
owned Luscombe / Matrex, a local Manufacturer's Representative firm which was
acquired by Halco in 2006.
Bill
began his career with AMP Inc., and as a Sr. Sales Engineer, he was a major
contributor to their growth and preeminent market share in the local connector
market. He continued his
association with AMP in sales and management positions at Interface Electronics
and Quintec / Insulectro, who were AMP distributors and cable assemblers.
He has also been a District Sales Manager for Molex and Sales Manager for
EES, a local Rep company. In 1990
Bill and a partner in Oregon formed Matrex Marketing & Sales and represented
a variety of passive, electro-mechanical, and niche semiconductor manufacturers.
In 1995 they merged with Luscombe Engineering NW and formed Luscombe /
Matrex Electronics.
Bill
graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Economics and then spent three
years as an officer in the US Army. He
also has an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University.

| Chuck Ostering |
Chuck
provides coverage in NW Washington and the Province of
British Columbia, Canada. Chuck brings fifteen years
of sales experience in the Electronics Industry to Halco.
Chuck
began his career with TTI as an Inside Sales Representative and then at Avnet
Electronics as an Outside Sales Person. He
then joined Bay Passives and Logic, Inc. of San Jose as a Sales Representative, where he set
several company sales records. In
1995 Chuck joined Co Rep Manufacturing, a Manufacturers' Representative firm.
In 2005 he joined Streamline Circuits, a Printed Circuit Board
Manufacturer, and where until relocating to Seattle in 2007 was a Regional Sales
Manager.
Chuck
attended Cypress College in Cypress, California as business major and is
currently completing his degree in business.
Chuck
and his wife, Laura and their children have relocated to the Seattle area and are excited about living in the Pacific Northwest.

| Dave Hayes |
Dave provides coverage for the Oregon Sales Territory. Prior to joining Halco, Dave was a partner in Halbar-RTS. He brings ten year of experience and customer knowledge to Halco. Dave has been a successful representative in the Oregon market and has specialized coverage at key accounts such as Intel and Tektronix. He is responsible for management of the Portland Office.
Daves earlier career was at Tektronix where he held positions as a design engineer, a component engineer and later a Product Manager in the marketing of Oscilloscope Products.
Dave is a graduate of the CPMR (Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative) course studies at Arizona State
University. A graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, he and his family reside in the Portland Area. |
| Marty Filsinger |
Marty provides coverage in the Oregon Sales territory. Marty brings a strong background in
the printed circuit board industry to Halco and our
principals. A graduate of Southern Oregon University with a
B.S. in Business Administration.
Marty has over 20 years of experience in the
printed circuit board industry. He has held several senior management positions
including VP of Sales and Customer Service for a major international printed
circuit board manufacturer. Prior to joining Halco, Marty served as Director of
Strategic Accounts for Roger Pearce and Associates covering the state of
Oregon. Marty and his wife reside in the Salem area. |

| Barbara
Baumgartner |
Barbara
will provide additional Inside Sales and Customer Service support.
Barbara was a successful small business owner for seventeen years prior
to joining EMG Rep Inc as its business manager and Inside Sales
representative.
Barbara has been serving the Northwest Electronics industry for over
seven years. Her background in business and customer service and sales will be
a valuable asset to Halco, its principals, and customers.

Davidson |
Barbara is responsible for Inside Sales and
Customer Service. Barbara brings an
extensive background of customer service and inside sales experience to Halco.
Prior to joining Halco, Barbara held the position of inside sales with Radar
Electronics and before Radar she was a Senior Inside Sales at Force
Electronics. Barbara began her
electronics career at Future Electronics in Portland, OR. Her knowledge of
both the Washington and Oregon customer base makes her a valuable
contributor to the success of our Principals and Halco.

| Julianne Mitchell |
Julianne provides office management for
Halco. She has five years experience as an office manager.
Prior to that, she has worked in teaching, banking, and sports ticket sales. She is a graduate of Seattle University with a Bachelors
degree in
Education. |

Company History

Halco was founded as The Harry Levinson Company in 1956 by Harry Levinson. The
company has become a successful sales and stocking representative firm.
Joe Pisconski purchased The Harry Levinson Company in 1999 as the third owner of the firm. In May of 2000, he merged with George Alecci, who was a partner and principle in Halbar-RTS. George has been a successful manufacturer representative and agency owner in the Pacific Northwest since 1981.
With the merger came a name change. The name Halco, a derivative of Harry Levinson Company, was adopted to reflect both its new image and partnership, as well as to honor its founder.
In 2001, Halco acquired the Roger Pierce
Company and Evergreen Marketing.
In
2006, Halco acquired Luscombe-Matrex.
In 2007, Halco acquired EMG Rep Company
